Vitor Martins

Vitor Martins is a trans woman, black and from the northeast. She is the daughter of Mrs. Maria Sebastiana Pereira and one of the few executive trans women in the Brazilian market. Martins has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from UFSC and in Administration from Unisul/FGV. She is finishing my master's degree in Psychology, also at UFSC, in which she studies the functioning of institutional racism in Brazilian private companies and the coping strategies elaborated in the face of inequalities. From black and LGBTQIAP+ references, she reinvented herself, kept studying and taking dreams off the paper. Today, she is one of the most followed LGBTQIAP+ profiles on Linkedin.
