Grazi Mendes is passionate about connections and the use of technology to promote a fairer world with more opportunities for everyone. As the 2024 Global Top 100 Futurist and Innovators, Mendez is the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for LATAM at ThoughtWorks, a global technology consultancy. With over 20 years of experience working with national and multinational companies across various sectors, she is also a guest lecturer in leadership development and inclusive culture programs at leading business schools in Brazil. Mendez holds a master's degree in design with a focus on future design, emphasizing the inclusion of Black women in technology. She actively participates in initiatives aimed at promoting racial and gender equity in the workforce.
