Flávio Lino has been the Executive Secretary of the Movimento Nacional de População em Situação de Rua (MNPR) since 2012. He has developed leadership skills and collaborated closely with the coordination team in Rio de Janeiro. His work focuses on advocating for the rights and dignified conditions for the homeless population. Recently, he proposed the creation of a new Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) aimed specifically at addressing issues related to homelessness.
